WONDER WOMAN + VANILLA ICE CREAM
French Vanilla Ice Cream (recipe from Ben and Jerry’s Homemade Ice Cream & Dessert Book)
2 eggs
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1 c. whole milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy (1-2 minutes). Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, and then continue whisking until completely blended (about 1 minute more). Pour in the cream, milk, and vanilla, and whisk to blend.
Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer’s instructions. (**My ice cream maker makes pretty soft ice cream, so I throw it in the freezer in a plastic container to harden up).
