JUNK. FOOD. PARTY. Cookie dough right out of the tube, baby.

1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

1/3 c. granulated sugar

1/2 c. brown sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

2 tbsp. milk, at room temperature

2 c. old fashioned/rolled oats (or 1 1/2 c. oat flour)

1/2 tsp. salt

2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Is your butter softened and your milk at room temperature? Okay, good :-)

If using old fashioned/rolled oats, pulse them in a food processor/chopper until a fine powder forms.

Cream together the butter, both sugars, vanilla, and milk until fluffy (about 60 seconds).

Beat in the oat flour and salt. Then stir in the chocolate chips.

Eat immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
