NOELLE + DOUBLE HOT CHOCOLATE

2 1/2 c. whole milk
2 c. half-and-half
8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
8 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. instant espresso or coffee powder
Heat the milk and half-and-half in a saucepan over medium heat until just below the simmering point. Remove the pan from the heat and add both chocolates. When the chocolates are melted, add the sugar, vanilla, and espresso. Whisk vigorously. Reheat gently and serve immediately.
